Spilled bubbles - how to clean?

DD just tipped over a giant bottle of bubbles (prob half gallon) on our concrete patio. Should I wait for it to rain, spray it with the hose or something else?

Hose it down... It can get really slippery if you wait for it to rain, especially if it doesn't rain a lot.

hose it down and scrub with some diluted fabric softener /water.

Hose it down now, don't wait for any rain (which sounds crazy as we're in CA).
