Nail Biting

DS(7) has developed this habit. If anyone has a DC that is a nail-biter have you been successful in breaking the habit? How did you do it?

Well you can certainly use the yucky stuff to paint on nails...but as someone who has children who developed trichotillomania (hair pulling) I will say that nail biting is a walk in the park on a sunshiney day and if my kids were chosing to do that as a nervous habit I'd let them be.
