we just went today for the 4th time so far this summer. ours has a ramp so littlies don't have to try to throw/roll the ball, they put it on a ramp at about their chest height & give a push, so ask for that. he has fun! two free games a day, all summer...

Do you have ur own shoes nd take them or rent every time you go. Is it not expensive to rent all the time. Also does the accompanying parent need to buy passes nd shoe rent to be with the free bowling kid. Ty

we rent, $4.65 a time. no, i don't have to pay or rent shoes myself but i'm not bowling with ds, either. if i was bowling, too, i'm sure i would, but he needs all my attention to supervise.

Thank you for the reminder. I just signed DS up. Shoe rental is $1 per kid per day, so sounds like a cheap way to escape the heat for a little while.

Maybe everyone knows this, but when we went we got 35 minutes of free bowling (2 games, apparently). It sounded low to me, but it's free, so whatever.

How old are your kids? We bowled two games and it seemed to take FOREVER, and since they were only three, by the end they could barely pick up the little balls. Nice nap that day. :) (This was during autumn, so not free, but a fun activity on a chilly day).

my 5 year old by himself, the two games take about 45 minutes. with friends the other day, more like an hour. it's a good amount of time to me.
