I think I want to get a power wheels vehicle for my DD2 (and DD1 because I know she will cram herself in it regardless if she can fit or not!!). I had one of those little 4 wheeler quad ones for DD1 when she was 18 months old and she LOVED that thing. When she was 3 or 4, I upgraded her to a Barbie Jeep Power wheels that I got off CL. She never rode it! I think it's because she never liked playing by herself, and we didn't have a lot of kids in the neighborhood then. I sold it. We have lots of kids in our current neighborhood, and now her younger sister is getting old enough to play with her.
I'm thinking about getting another Power Wheels Jeep again that they can ride together because I think it would get a lot of use that way and DD2 can grow into as well. They are getting much more into playing together. They are 6 (but sized like a 4.5-5 yr old) and 2.5yrs old.
Suggestions on the best one to get? I was thinking the Barbie Jeep Power Wheels one (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Power-Wheels-Barbie-Jammin-Jeep-12-Volt-Battery-Powered-Ride-on/15819260) or the Dora one (http://www.walmart.com/ip/Fisher-Price-Power-Wheels-Dora-Jeep-Wrangler/14649428)but am open to suggestions.
- We have a flat back yard that's small - would probably ride this in the street and sidewalk mostly
- We have grass in our yard, but the sidewalks and street are smooth and they could easily ride on it.
- Would like something that they could both sit in together (a 2 seater).
