ISO Fun, Colorful Hobo Style Handbag? Etsy??

Anyone have any recs for a fabulous fun handbag? I've set aside a (very) little money to get something new so I'm thinking fabric. I'd love to support an etsy seller but it seems overwhelming to search the whole site...

I like medium sized hobo bags but would consider anything that is really eye catching (and cheap), lol. :)

I have a lily bloom recycled hobo from TJMaxx. It has colorful dots and is a nylon-like material. I love it and get lots of compliments $25. I see various patterns from time to time at either TJMaxx or Marshalls.
