Omg.

My first thought was to share this with my mom, whose father was killed in a plane crash in WW2; but I just can't.

She has only recently learned some of the details of his death and the rawness of her loss is so fresh and fragile. She never knew her father.

Thanks for posting -- this was so touching and wonderful to see.
