Good luck. My mom had my sister 14 days late (due on 6-25, and had her on 7-8) and even the threat of putting firecrackers under her chair didn't make labor happen. Granted my friends and I were 10 yrs. old so we kept thinking of fun ways to make my mom go into labor, but none of them worked. It was a hot summer as well too, and I am sure that week made my mom feel even hotter.

A friend of mine swears by the exercise ball.

Still here...good non-stress test and lots of amniotic fluid. I had them strip my membranes today...hopefully that works!

The membrane thing always worked for me- in 24-36 hours! Good luck!!

With DD2 my membranes were stripped 7 hrs. before my water broke. I also went home and pulled some weeds after my appointment. Good luck!
