Gym bag recommendations

I started working out in the mornings and I am showering at the gym. I have a cheap Target duffel bag and it's fine but the strap really hurts my shoulder especially with all my stuff in the bag. Does anyone have a gym bag that they like enough to recommend.

I use my LL Bean backpack
