Ebay PayPal Shipping Question

Hey you Ebay Pay Pal Pro's....

If I buy something on Ebay and use PayPal (my accouny is "verified"), can I ship to any address in my Pay Pal address book?

I want to buy something and ship to my mom's but I seem to recall that with Ebay, you can only ship to the address that is confirmed by your bank as your mailing address.

Any ideas on how to do this or if it is possible?
