We're investigating the feasibility of taking our babysitter on a couple business trips. There wouldn't be a ton of "fun" time, we might have a day of sightseeing, but basically it would be a long drive (8 hours each way) and then the event, she wouldn't really have any time to herself so it's not like taking her on a vacation, for the first trip at least. the 2nd trip would have more down time outside of driving, be in a cool place to visit, she could probably bring her husband along, etc. Love some advice on how much you pay for a full day compared to an hourly rate, and anything else I should think about (we'd obviously cover meals and accommodations, and at least for the first trip would be traveling in our vehicle) TIA!
