I think it's $26 everywhere- oops now it's $27. Beauty.com and Sephora allow use of their codes on BE, but Ulta does not. If you have a Nordstrom card it's buy 4 get 5th free. BE now has a rewards program so that might also be a deal in the long run.

I know there are other brands popular here that are cheaper to start.
