Ugh, I've had restless legs at night for the last few nights and also the occasional leg cramp. I remember some cramps last time I was preg, but I didn't have restless legs until I was breastfeeding. This time they are sticking around and it's sort of bugging me this morning, too. What do you think? Dehydration? Something else?

Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids and try to get some regular exercise.

Magnesium supplements also really help, especially if you take them at night before you go to bed.

Dr told me to taketums before bed, and it helped.

Have you heard of putting a bar of soap under the bottom sheet? Sounds insane but have heard about it. My friend said it helped a lot.
