What year is it? You can usually tell by the tires but I can't see close enough. It has no basket underneath. I would offer $200.

I paid $175 for my mountain buggy double urban and it was a steal. Most of the time they sell for $300 on my CL. This looks pretty nice, black looks pretty dark and even still. but the basket sells for $50 so maybe mention that and try $200?
