They seem to run small unfortunately. DD wears a 3 at Gymboree and is just moving from 90 to 100 at HA. I ordered her a 4 thinking it would work for next summer but when it came it was just right for now so I ordered a couple of 5s for next summer.

My DD has the first one in a size 5. It's pretty true to size but we still wear shorts under it (she does with 95% of her dresses). She is pretty average height. Its a cute dress and has held up well! I think she will probably wear it for awhile with leggings or shorts underneath.

Thanks OP! I ordered a bunch of clothes for DD & DS last night before the $10 off $100 expired. Now I see that there is a Buy one, get 50% off promote for kid's clothes & sandals. Says it doesn't apply to clearance, but the discount is still showing up in my cart when I added 2 of the Circo dresses on clearance.
