Saw this on Totally Target http://www.totallytarget.com/

Today (7/24) only - take $10 off $100 on Target.com. This offer can be used on gift cards, so you can get a $100 target gift card for $90 (free shipping with red card)

For me, Target gift cards are as good as cash since I shop there so much :bag so this is a great deal. I also ordered some gift cards for upcoming gifts.

Even with shipping and tax online, it's only $92.07 for me for $100 in gift cards. Not bad.

Thanks!

I have a target card, and I ordered a $100 I-Tunes gift card and got free shipping and my 5% discount. The total came to $85.50. Not bad...

Thanks! You would know I had just ordered birthday gift cards for people but I'm ALWAYS at Target and am sure I'll find a way to spend $100 myself. :)

I got the one with the reusable bag too. Figured I might as well. For birthday gifts I got the Hexbug but I didn't think I needed any more of those. Although maybe I should've gotten one and given it to DS.

Anyone try to buy a target gc with a Target visa? Does it work?

ETA: no extra 5%, but I got free shipping.

Thanks so much, OP!
I ordered two $50 gift cards (one for a wedding coming up; one for myself to buy groceries); anyone know how many times we can do this? Like how many orders? I suppose as many as we want, right? Too bad this didn't come out around the holidays or Mother's Day, since we always spend a ton at Target & it's DH's go-to gift for his mom.

You can pay for it with a gift card - ends up costing $91.95 for me with shipping for $100! I'm not sure if this means you could go around and around in circles making $8.05... I didn't do the email gift card because I was afraid that could only be spent online. I had a gift card for over $100 and since DH must have the Target Red Card in his wallet, I used $92 of my gift card to buy and ship a gift card for $100.

Every time I change the shipping method to email, the add to cart box goes away. Does anyone else have that issue?

I was finally able to email the cards to myself, but I did not know the email was not a gift card that could be printed. You can only use it online or you have to use it on your mobile phone. I don't have a mobile phone so I have to figure out what to do with $100 gift cards I can't access. GRRRR. Why would you do this Target???

Can you use it to buy a regular gift card?

I called to find out how I could use this. I was planning on giving a few $25 ones as gifts this weekend (hence the electronic version since mail would not make it on time) but you have to Text to activate on your smartphone (if you have one - WHICH I DON'T and it will cost us $ to text to activate so there goes the $10 savings) so you can then use it in the store to buy another giftcard. Ugh. Lesson learned. Do not buy Target e giftcards.
