I have an almost 2 year old Vista that I really only use for outings now, about 1 x week. For about 6 months, the frame has been sticky when opening and closing it. I started to call them a few months ago but when I went to check it out and make sure I knew what the problem was, it opened and closed 5 times w/o a problem. Recently it started being a problem again and I finally called them today because my warranty is expiring next week. I was on the phone less than 2 mins and they already shipped a new frame to me.
