ISO inexpensive navy blue or white sweater, size 6(T)

I'm looking for a sweater to go with a dress I got for DD to wear to a wedding next month. I'd like a navy blue or white long-sleeved button down sweater, though I would also be o.k. with sort of a kelly green (the plaid at the bottom of the dress is kelly green, navy blue, and a bit of white, from Janie & Jack). And it's fine if there aren't buttons, but the sweater is more of a shrug.

I was all set to get one from Old Navy with their 25% off code, but I realized that the navy blue & white sweaters I had picked out were from their uniform section, and those don't work with the code since they're already on sale. The sweaters are on sale for $15, but I thought maybe I could find one cheaper somewhere else. Target seems to have the same price ($14.99 for a hoodie zip-up sweater; I'd actually rather get the ON ones because they have the button-down sweaters which would go better with a dress).

Any other ideas? There's a smaller white sweater at ON that I saw in-store, but it only goes up to 5T, which would be too small for DD. Maybe Lands' End? Somewhere else?

It's smallest size is a 7, but for the price it might be alright. I've also had good luck with eBay for this type of thing.

Target has them in the big girls uniform section. Even though it says sizes 7-14, the smallest is actually a 4/5.
