I really like these Incase Sliders case, easy to put on, substantial without being bulky, not slippery or too rubbery, a good balance. I have no idea how they compare to Otterbox but I didn't want to shell out too much so went w/this on clearance.

I really love our Otterbox Defender cases. I have one for my iphone & my girls have them for their ipod touches. My youngest has special needs & really enjoys using my iphone but will quickly throw it when he's upset. The Otterbox Defender has helped my iphone live through some really crazy stuff between falls & even him dumping drinks on the iphone. I found the best prices on Amazon. It is worth every penny!

Get the find iphone app if it's a newer ipod. It doesn't work for the older versions.
