How would you all feel about a purple stroller for a baby boy? I love the color, found a great deal on cl, but not sure if it's fitting.....

I say go for it! I used to have a purple for our little guy and now we have the pink one! He loves his pink stroller. :) Plus it's mom accessory IMO.

Oooh, the purple City Select is gorgeous.

I say go for it, OP! In my opinion the Baby Jogger purple is nice and royal, great for a little prince.

I have a purple Bob for DS.
If you have a BF/DH, ask him. Sometimes guys have strong opinions on this subject. Let him be the authority.

Boo! Purple strollers are mom's accessory. I also don't think purple is a girl's color, lilac may be but purple is not. Look at all the sports teams that wear purple. I would work DH harder.

Agreed!

My 12yo DS loves purple and DH would never put up a fuss over getting him a purple backpack, say. (DS went through a phase at age 3 when he was all about pink, though, so purple seems like nothing now! ;) )

Excellent point! We have an Elite since we need the higher weight limit but I see nothing wrong with purple for boys. My son wears cloth diapers & has many pink & purple diapers.

I'd mention the price to your DH and ask if he's willing to shell out the extra for a different color. :)
