For me they have been TTS. I have two pairs of sandals (the leather thong flip flops) and a pair of espadrilles. I've tried on flats, but never purchased. They've all been TTS. If you are a half-size, I'd order up.

I have some boots, pumps, and sandals from J.Crew. All have been true-to-size, although I would read the reviews and description pretty carefully to double-check. If J.Crew has a known issue with the sizing, they usually put it in the description. They all have been very well-made as well. I generally think they do a very good job with quality for their price-point.

To me they run narrow. But - my foot is on the slightly wide side so that colors my opinion.
