Help pt twin boys!

So we have been working on PT for a couple weeks but not pushing it to hard till the past week...they have been doing really well the past couple days while at home and we give them a m&m or cherry craisins for pottying...the problem is they are sitting on the potty every few minutes and just squirting out a teaspoon if that...we flush the potty wash hands and get the treat...then they turn around and sit on the potty again and repeat! How do I make them understand holding it? I'm starting to get really frustrated as I think they both have pottied 6 times each and they have only been out of bed for roughly 90 minutes...I can't get 10 seconds to breathe before I'm up assisting with flushing the potty, washing hands, and treat...repeat! Is this normal? It's like they are pushing out a little just to get the treat
