UPDATE: DS and i were doing great & we were sent home yesterday, 8/9, it's a bit of adjustment navigatinng feedings and diapers again, but it's going well so far. DD is loving him & so far is really helpful fetching things or DH! My milk is coming in starting last night.... so we'll see how today goes!

We're adding to the summer baby boom!
DS arrived via scheduled section yesterday, 8/7, healthy & hollering at the top of his lungs. It turns out that no matter what we had tried DS stayed in breech position and ended up being a footling breech with the cord wrapped around him. I'm so grateful to my OB & thankful that all ended up just right.
I'm recovering much quicker than I did with DD and the emergency section and am enjoying DS's snuggles & nursing. He's already cleared to go home, I have some catching up to do, but hopefully we'll be heading home in the next few days!
