This is the 4th time this month that i've woken up with a really stiff neck and shoulder. We have a new bed and it's improved my hips and back, but my pillow is old. I think it's probably causing the neck pain.

Any recommendations for a great pillow for side sleepers?

I am a side sleeper and I love this pillow. I tried a bunch of their more $$ pillows and DH (who's a stomach sleeper) fell in love with one of those but for me, the cheapie works great!

I got a latex pillow from Bed, Bath and beyond a few years ago and I still love it. It was pricey ($49 for the king size) but ti still feels like new 4 years later.

I have a Tempurpedic pillow that I have owned for over 10 years- love it.

I recently replaced my ordinary pillow with a memory foam pillow from Costco. It has some kind of cooling mat technology one side as well. I went from waking up with a stiff neck almost all the time, to absolutely nothing with this pillow. The memory foam is a bit firmer than I was used to, but after one night, I was hooked. I sleep on my back & side and it's comfortable either way. They had a couple different types in my store, it was $27.99 and well worth it.
