Going to get up and go to Earthfare in about half an hour. Any recs on what I can get?
Besides fruits, veggies, meat, I'm planning to buy:
rice milk (although I hate it) I'm concerned about almond milk increasing DS's risk of nut allergy.....opinions?
coconut coffee creamer (please let this be delicious?)
coconut yogurt
oatmeal/ nuts to snack on
rice (oh joy....more rice)
already have tortilla chips, some rice cakes (blech), PB. I roasted a turkey this week so that should last awhile. Plan to make turkey rice soup later today with the broth.
Anyway, not very familiar with earthfare and comparing the "bad list" with the ingredients is so time consuming so any tips would be great!! Thanks
