Help with Ebay selling? Shipping Discounts?

How do I just for shipping discounts for combined items? Does anyone know? Help please. Never done it before.....do I have to adjust my invoice or the buyer does it via paypal? thanks y'all.

I usually send the buyer an invoice with the adjusted shipping amount. I am not sure if they can adjust shipping amount when paying.

Send them a combined invoice and just manually adjust the shipping to the agreed upon combined shipping price. On your sellers page you should be able to select "send invoice" or something like that next to the buyers list of items. I haven't started up my fall auctions yet so I can't go in and look but it's really straightforward. You need to have them pay from the combined invoice to avoid having paypal charge you for each payment.
