I steamed 4 artichokes last night, they were done at about 11 pm. I left them on the counter to cool down, while I brushed my teeth, etc. I forgot to put them away, and found them on the counter this morning at about 10 am. It's where we live, in the house, 55-60 during the night. No humidity.
Would you feed them to your husband and 10 yr old daughter for lunch?
p.s. this is the second time that i've done this in the past few days...sigh.
