how do you decide which shows are worth it? and how often do you purchase?

DD wants Bubble Guppies and Team Umizoomi. I am usually fine downloading shows, but the seasons of these are $21 - $32.

If you have a dvr and cable or satellite, you can tape these when they air. Also, many of these type of shows are on netflix streaming.
