I was at Target this evening and saw that they are selling a Baby Jogger City Micro (http://www.target.com/p/baby-jogger-city-micro-stroller/-/A-14180854).... Only it's not *exactly* like the old City Micro they discontinued back on '09 or '10. It still has the smaller wheels, but the seat fabric is different & it has the harness of the City Mini, plus it reclines - really reclines! Not completely flat, but not the "micro" recline of the old Micros. The sun canopy also was much improved, it had an additional panel. It was priced @ $229, so I'm not sire I get the appeal, when for $20 more you can get the City Mini with larger wheels... There is no mention of it on Baby Jogger's website.

I saw it on the Target website and don't get it either. I guess it's a Target exclusive, and just like a Mini but with smaller wheels & 2 drab colors. Of course my local store doesn't have any in stock so I haven't seen it in person, but I don't think they look very appealing for the price-- especially when the Mini is only $20 more. But since it's Target, there is a chance they could be discounted or clearanced in the future, so it could be a good stroller at an under $150 price point IMO.

It sounds like Baby Jogger is experimenting with releasing a slightly different slightly cheaper version of the same stroller. I know they have done something similar in the past in the UK although the Baby Jogger Sidewalk isn't on the Kiddicare website anymore. But here's a thread about it.

:rotflmao:I like your perspective!

Maybe they had a bunch of Micro wheels left over & so they threw them onto Mini frames....?

Thanks for the links, Multimama & TwoBees:)
