I see it on line everywhere but can't seem to locate one in an actual store where I can look at it. Anyone have any ideas ?

That is where I found it online. It is not sold in retail stores. I was hoping to find it or something similar in a local store so I could look at in person.

Thanks though!

I didn't realize that's what you meant. It doesn't say catalog/internet only under the photo, and I didn't go down to the exact description-- I just knew I recognized it.

I thought you were looking for that exact one, not one like it, sorry.

My post was not very clear, sorry :) I love the Pottery Barn one but would like to find one that wasn't quite so expensive and I could see in person. If to scroll down it does say catalog/Internet only.

I've check a few furniture stores but no one seems to have anything!

Thanks for your help!!

I have a Cubeicals one that was less than $60 at Fred Meyer. Obviously doesn't look as nice, but, for our house, it works well.

http://store.closetmaid.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10051&storeId=10151&langId=-1&top_category=10002&parent_category_rn=10054&categoryId=10087&productId=12034

Looks "cheap" in their picture. In person, it's obvious it's not PB, too, but IMO, it doesn't look "so" cheap as it does in that picture on the site!

I've seen the same Closetmaid one at Target as well. Thought about buying it a few times, just not sure where I would put it in my house - no mud rooms in the desert :)

I think I have seen something comparable at Lowes.

Nope. Mine looks almost identical to the OP's picture, but mine came with the baskets. My baskets fill the cubbies all the way. I have it in my entry and use the baskets to store shoes. It was $199 and then used a coupon for 10% off.

We have one from JCP. I'm not sure if they sell it in the store or not though.

Not sure where you live, but Christmas Tree Shops sometimes have similar benches. I think they are only in the Northeast though...

My Kohls had some in stock. They are "assembly required" but they did have one put together on display. I think it was this one: http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/furniture/by_type/benches/PRD~748026/Prepac+Cubby+Bench.jsp

Thanks for all the suggestions. I totally forgot about Cost plus, so I am heading there today. There is a Christmas Tree shop in Dallas so I can check there once the kids are in school next week. I've already checked Kohls and they did not have anything in store.

I would really like a cushion if possible and 3 storage baskets. I might just have to break down and buy the Pottery Barn one !

Thanks again!

We have this Eureka bench. Had it delivered. I have been very happy with it. We store shoes in it in the entry way. DH assembled it. It seemed to be pretty easy. I don't remember if it was on display in the store or not.

I have seen similar pieces in unfinished wood furniture stores.

If you're in DFW, I would check out Weir's and Weir's Outlet. They carry alot of smaller furniture items like this sometimes.

You may not want anything other than PB quality furniture, but I wanted to share that I got a knock-off at Target. Here is the one I got (I bought a nicer cushion for the bench and I bought the PB baskets because they are nicer):

They also have some other entry benches, including an unfinished one:
