Cute pumps for bunions?

I recently decided that I wanted to look more stylish at work so I decided to wear cute black patent kitten heels instead of my usual flats. I have decided the cute kitten heels are going in the trash since it's like having my feet in a torture chamber.

I have pretty bad bunions on both feet. Is there a heel out there that is comfortable for bunions but doesn't look like something my granny would wear?

I have them in black and nude patent. The trick for heels is not going too high. Oh, I probably measure an 8.5 but I have these in 9.
