If you use a menstrual cup, which fold do you use?

I received my Lunette in the mail the other day, and AF should be here soon. I've been researching the various folds available in an attempt to be a little more prepared for using it. There seems to be so many folds, I really have no idea which one to try first. Which fold do you use?

ha ha do you have a link to which fold is which? I've done what I do for so long, I dont know what its called. ;)

I'm finding a combination of the labia and origami folds works for me. I start it out like the labia fold, but then one side sort of slips so it resembles the origami fold...whatever it is it works for me!

Try several...keep the link to all the folds if you can find it. I went through about 7 or 8 before one seemed remotely comfortable. I found this helpful: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nt6L-POE-b0

Yes - I did have the laptop in the bathroom with me - I washed my hands about 15 times between trying out new folds and hitting replay on the video so that I could see how to do a fold. DH thought I was crazy...but I can be...I can grow babies in me that has to make me a little crazy!
