I am just wondering if anyone can tell me how to get it to work, or IF it works. I cannot get the arches to go straight over head for anything. It's always smooshed, not like a little "nest". I can't seem to get it to close properly either. I just am so annoyed with it, even more so as it's one of just a few items I actually received from my registry. I thought it looked so cute but everytime I pull it out I get SO annoyed.
