Probiotic for adult

Can anyone recommend a good probiotic? The person has IBS if that matters.

DH uses Align for IBS.

I use Align as well, but still have to take Citrucel at least once a day, plus 800 of magnesium (I have IBS w/constipation)

DH uses Citrucel daily for >10 years, Align for the last 1-2 and Prilosec (IBS with GERD... IBS mostly controlled with Citrucel, Align helps with both GERD and IBS but he doesn't take it all the time). Control is good these days....

Our Costco carries Align. If you are on antibiotics, Florastor is supposed to be good (non-bacterial, more yeast/ fungal based so not affected by antibiotics and it's often recommended in C. Diff colitis).
