Best rental car site?

Where do you go to book the best prices for rental cars? We're traveling over Christmas and I need to find a decent deal.

The links on the site take you directly to the car rental co's website, so you are booking directly with them. I found the best deal through Budget. I booked and then kept checking back every week or so to see if the price reduced. I have also had good luck booking through United Airline's website.

Do you have Costco membership? For me, Costco.com for car rentals. Under the Travel section, you click on Car Rentals in the search field on the left. Then just insert your specifics. It pulls up prices with Costco discounts factored in for three or four vendors.

We paid just $35 bucks total (total) for a full size Alamo rental for 3.5 days this past weekend
in Los Angeles! A Nissan Altima.
