Less expensive stroller for MIL

I own a 2012 BJCM which I love! MIL all of the sudden has gone on a buying spree for DS and wants to buy her own stroller. Any suggestions for a cheaper stroller she can use to walk around her neighborhood? She'd like something simple. It doesn't need to have a bunch of fancy options. Also, must be easy to collapse. If possible I think she wants to stay in the range of $80. FYI - DS is almost 6 mths old and can sit unassisted for about 3 seconds :tongue5:

I'd get a Mac Volo or a Cybex Ruby. That's what my MIL uses. They are a smidge over $80 when on sale. (Eta: Albee has then on sale now.) You could also keep and eye on Craigslist for these strollers or their larger siblings.
