I have several long sleeve button down shirts similar to these (http://www.landsend.com/pp/womens-long-sleeve-washed-oxford-shirt~244054_59.html) in different colors that I really like but they always just end up sitting in my closet. Anyone have any ideas on what I should be wearing them with? TIA

Yesterday I wore a white one (Boden), tucked into jeans with a belt (which I NEVER do, ever) and a fun necklace and these booties: http://www.landsend.com/pp/womens-rowe-back-zip-high-heel-booties~243110_-1.html . I really liked how it all came together, but was simple.

So basically it was kind of the look the model is wearing.

I saw that ... hmmmm... Do they run TTS? And what color did you get?

They seem to run TTS, I ordered my usual size and they were fine. I got the Spice Brown (the darker one). Thinking of getting the black but I MUST control myself!!!

How comfortable are they?

Not bad. They narrow toward the toe, it its not exactly pointy. I was feeling it by the end of the day but I have basically been wearing flip flops since May. ;) I usually have a hard transition to regular shoes in the fall.

I have been layering under dresses, or vests, like under a rust colored corduroy dress from LE last year, more so bc i lost weight and didn't know what to do with a now slightly too big dress. And I wear a little neck scarf with it because I wanted to break up the color a little around my face.

I found I had a bunch of these cotton button down tops that were too boxy, and required ironing to look appropriate, and I donated them. This was last year whereas now I would probably think about belting them.
