Anyone have success with a particular brand or material of sheets? I would like less expensive but long lasting, and soft. Other than that nothing fancy.

The two crib sheets I LOVE are no longer available, I think :(

Lands End used to make awesome knit crib sheets but they are no longer on the website. They've been gone and have come back before though, so you never know, they might return again.

The other ones I love are FleeceBaby sheets. I think she is out of business but I found the yellow one (http://www.diapers.com/buy/Brand=Fleece+Baby?icn=D-RP&ici=66315) on Diapers.com on sale and the pink one (http://mom4life.com/fleece-baby-crib-sheets.html) at Mom4Life with free shipping.

I'd go for knit or fleece over percale for a baby. They feel warmer and cozier.

For Pack n Play sheets, I have the Eddie Bauer ones, from Target. Cozy, and a little more padded for our Graco PNP (so the board isn't so hard). They are great!

I was incredibly angry when they stopped making the BabyGap organic cotton sheets, honestly. Love those - we have two for our DD. (They were on our registry.)

I also love the flannel sheets from Tadpoles:

For the PNP, since she didn't start sleeping there 'til she was older, I actually put a flat crib pad down and then put a Circo brand crib sheet on top of it because of how they shrink. (Their PNP sheets are OK, but they SHRINK like anything - you're better off getting the crib sheet because it will shrink to fit fairly tightly.)

We have great organic velour sheets from Buy Buy Baby. We also have the organic cotton jersey. Really happy with both types. They make them in crib, pack n play, and cradle size. They are made by American Baby Company.

My husband is giving me a really hard time because I want to order a second Garnet Hill comforter in the same print but differnt color (dots) for DD, who will be transitioning to a twin bed soon. He said thats boring and it would take up so much room in the closet and he just wont give up that opinion.
