why do I get myself into stuff?

So when I was asked to "help" someone with a cub scout den how did that morph into having my own den and why in the heck did I say yes in the first place? I know NOTHING about scouts except that I wanted DS in scouts and my brother was a scout at one point (we live sporadically in the US and we did stuff like that when we did). It's turned into the biggest headache and is making me anxious. Next time I just need to find out what I'm agreeing to and/or SAY NO!

That is so hard. I have a cub scout and while I love the program I find it so very confusing! I'm so, so grateful for the volunteers that are making scouts nice for my kids. Thank you for your service. I totally get how that would be really stressful!
