Chicken--what would u do?

I put three chicken breasts in the crockpot with other ingredients(stewed tomatoes, broth, etc) to make a recipe called savory chicken. I came back 2 hours later and realized that I hadn't plugged the crock pot in. Should I throw it away?

I did tge same thing 2 days ago. I turned it on and ate it. We were fine.
