Commercial cookie sheets from Gordon Food Service. Cheap, last forever, and really easy to clean.

I have some from a restaurant supply store. They jut simple cookie sheets but we've had them almost 10 yrs and they're still going strong.

I have these nordicware (http://www.amazon.com/Nordic-Ware-Bakers-Quarter-Sheet/dp/B000RYPHRK/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1350525684&sr=8-3&keywords=nordic+ware+cookie+sheets) ones & love them - clean up is a breeze. I have a tiny oven, that's why they are so small. I also use a silcone liner.

:yeahthat: However, mine are the two pack in the restaurant supply section of Sam's Club. I think it was like $11 for two. Really cheap and they are 100x better than my expensive calphalon ones.

If Costco doesn't have them gfs or any restaurant supply will carry these. They're typically priced very low.

Are they All-Clad baking sheets? I have a loaf pan from that All-Clad line, and was finally going to buy some more pieces but found out that they're ben discontinued. (Insert sad baker face here).

To answer the OP, I have four heavy-guage stainless steel baking sheets that I got from Wilton. One edge is raised and the other three are flat, so you have a "handle" but also flat sides to slide things off of the sheet. I think I paid $15/apiece but that was 10 years ago. If I need a non-stick surface I use parchment paper or a silpat on top of them. Love them because they don't warp, and since they take a while to warm up in the over the cookies don't spread out as much. (I had an Airbake sheet but gave it away, the cookies came out too big & flat).

They don't say All-Clad on them, so I'm not sure. The gold ones are amazing though.
