It was across a very busy road from a mall. It looks like the estranged husband of a spa employee came looking for her. Fortunately the injuries don't seem to be life threatening.

Horrible.
The article reminds us this is the 2nd shooting this year in Wisconson - I wonder if this gun was legally purchased too. I'm sure it wasn't legal for him to have now due to DV court issues.
