DC received some gift cards and today we went to spend them. We had a list in hand and a Toys R'Us card to spend.
First DC decides on a specific game so we ask if they have it. The employee walks the game aisle and says "no, it would be in one of these two aisles and I don't see it". Okay...
So, DC checks the list and asks about The Secret World of Arriety on DVD (or BluRay). They employee had never heard of it, walks the DVD aisle and again says "No, I don't see it"
Moving on to a second employee who simply says "it would be out if we have it"! Not one person offered to check the computer or did so after I asked. Every time I go in there, I swear it's the last time!
Thankfully, DC found Hugo and was happy. But man, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
