Which photo places, full res. CD?

Which photo places provide you with the images on CD, but as full resolution?

And which place is the best value in getting said CD?

I have been happy with groupon deals from local independent photographers offering rights to the images. I have managed to get one the last three years for around $100. They include shooting for 45 minutes to an hour on location and rights to a bunch of edited images. Sometimes they have included a few prints.
