DD has decided that she is ready to sell her FP Loving Family dollhouse and accessories to buy a Barbie house. I figured CL would be the easiest way to do this, but I'm lost on pricing. There's no other FP Loving Family dollhouses on our local CL right now to judge pricing on.
We have the house, van, maybe 7 or 8 room sets. In all, we've likely spent $150 on it, and all pieces are in very good condition. I don't think there's anything missing. DD's been meticulous with this!
We live in a low-ish COL area.
Thoughts on how much I should put as a price?
