The girls came home with 2 good sized sugar pumpkins (they are each about the size of large cantaloupe).
I am craving a creamy, smooth, savory pumpkin bisque type of soup...any good recipes that have been tried and vetted in your house?
We do have a vitamix and can use that to puree. I am just kind of torn between all the different methods online (saute the pumpkin vs roast it, etc).
