I would like to get my 3 yr old DD a nice dollhouse for Christmas. She currently has a small FP Loving Family dollhouse that I picked up on clearance from target a year or two ago. She likes that dollhouse and plays with it, but the second floor and wings are constantly falling off which annoys me. Also, it isn't very big and can only be played with by one child at a time.
So I'd like to get a nice sturdy dollhouse that can fit the loving family furniture and people that we already have. I looked online and found two Ryan's Room dollhouses that look great. But first I need to know if either if them are the right size for the loving family furniture and dolls.
Secondly, they are they both sturdy? Mr. Destructo, aka DS, frequently wrecks havoc in DD's doll land. I need to know that either will hold up.
Here's the first one: $73 Home Sweet Home (http://www.amazon.com/Ryans-Room-Home-Where-Heart/dp/B00008XL3S/ref=sr_1_2?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1352068315&sr=1-2&keywords=Ryan%27s+room+home+sweet)

This one has three floors and is really open allowing for multiple kids to play at once. The one negative thing I read is that because it doesn't have any walls, furniture can easily fall or get pushed out. I'm wondering if that will be an issue since my DD is young and not as coordinated. Maybe she'd get frustrated with it, I don't know.
Here's the second one:$92 Home Again Home Again (http://www.amazon.com/Ryans-Room-Home-Again/dp/B0002GFSOA/ref=sr_1_67?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1352059072&sr=1-67)

I would be getting this one without the lower floor for now, so it would have only two large floors and would cost another $75+ to get that lower level. In the reviews I read some mentioned that the walls were useful to back furniture up against. Just wondering if that is more useful than a the other more open dollhouse. I also like the cute flowers on the balcony ;) Actually, I find this one much cuter in general.
So which would you get? And they will fit the loving family dolls and furniture, right? Thanks!
