Help! Just dropped a dozen eggs

9 of them cracked. I beat them with a little milk and put them in the fridge. What can I do with them? How long can they stay like that?

I had to use up eggs when our fridge broke recently, so I made a big frittata, cut it into wedges, and then froze them. You could also make a batch of cookie dough and freeze it.

I think they would keep for a few days at least. What about making a bigger desert like a bread pudding or custard that would use most of them up.

Thanks everyone. Problem solved. I woke up late this morning and found that my boyfriend cooked them all. He basically made a giant omelet but it was more like a fritata and he and my 2 yo ate most of it and left a slice for me.
