Anyone tried this?
Last year I did the Fire and Flavor brine and cooked using the Alton Brown method - only issue was it took longer to cook than we thought.
This year, I thought I might try the TJ's brined turkey as I don't have to make up the brine - though the Fire and Flavor was easy enough.
Thoughts?
