That's outrageous, way to make our entire justice system look completely absurd. I'm glad they are dropping the charges but seriously.

All I can say is wtf? The guy must not have kids. We would owe enough to buy a luxury car right now if we were fined every time one of our kids peed outside. I'm especially surprised that he cited her even though it was their own property.

:yeahthat:
that is one of the most absurd things i have ever heard!!!
1) it was on their own property
2) the "perpetrator" is 3 years old.
3) it was on their own property!!!
I still can't get over this...the guy must have been searching for something to write up. that is just outright craziness.

Very wonky. I wonder if it was against the law for DD to use her little potty in the back of our car (with the hatchback up at many different locations).

This is hysterical because here, in Germany, people actually suggest using the outdoors for our kids' needs. I was shocked that people would actually tell us openly but everyone prefaces it with..."they're kids...so it's ok."

I heard about this on Tuesday. Glad to hear they dropped it. I mean seriously. What's next, putting naked toddlers running through the sprinklers on the SO registry?
