evite options/alternatives ????

My DD's brownie troop is collecting food to provide a holiday meal for one of the families at her school. I want to send an e-vite out to help coordinate the contributions the various families will donate to the meal. In the past, I have used e-vite and included a "what to bring" list and people could check off items in their reply.

I can't find this option on evite anymore and think it disappeared when evite changed their site.

1. Do you know how to find it on evite?

2. Do you know another site that has something similar?

3. Which free online invitation to you prefer and why?

1. It's a potluck feature, I think.
2. Punchbowl does have that feature- and pretty invites.
3. Punchbowl. But, for your needs, you should look at Sign Up Genius instead. It's really user friendly for the end user and helpful.

If you wanted to poll people in your group to see if they wanted to participate in an activity or which date worked best for an activity, would you use SignUpGenious or something else?
